The views and beach was Totally beautiful. The walk towards the beach is what I loved the most. The house itself is not in good shape. It is aged and very out-of-date. The home furniture was not comfortable at all instead of good with small kids mainly because of the very pointy edges, the mattresses need being thrown out and new types brought in. You could feel the springs when laying on them.

The coffee table was damaged, two of the 3 plastic chairs outside had been broken. The house really could use a good power washing and that would make an enormous improvement for the deck.
